BOA ripped me off on a"pending" fee

I signed up with TRS foreclosures on a 7 day trial basis. Cancelled within the 7 days, but BOA took $38.95 from my account in anticipation of TRS foreclosures calling for it after the 7 day free trial. Called TRS, they didn't take the $38.95 because I cancelled within the 7 day trial period. Called BOA snotty POS rep tells me it is "pending" and will be put back in my account if TRS doesn't call for it. This bank never put the money back in and nobody at BOA wants to hear about. This bank is one of the biggest thieves in the industry. This is not the first go around with these POS.
