Wont help Rescue Mortgages

I've a "Fannie Mae" mortgage handled by Lender of America,

They'll not really consult with me about mitgation of my mortgage, to assist save it from foreclosure. I've named them no less the six-times and used hours attempting to achieve their mitgation department to no avail. I believed the government offered the banks cash to assist recovery mortgages that are seriously unside down as well as in impending threat of starting foreclosure... BOA is cheating US residents of the restoration cash in the government.
