Ripoff business from hell

We have our own business and have not only lost work but we have had accounts file bankruptcy on us, Kmart was one of them. Also my husband has heart problems and a bloodclot in one of his kigneys that can't be removed. He was told to avoid stress of any kind.

We have been late on our payments for a couple of years now but we have always included our late charges.

Fair refused payments that I wanted to make until they showed that we were three months behind.

After arguing with a supervisor about it she finally told me if I sent the three payments we would be current.

Well, they took that money and applied it to attorney fees saying that forclosure procedings had been started, when they never had. After the fourth of fifth letter I sent, they finally reversed it.

It does take them over 15 days to process a check though so we still get our calls and cards that say we owe over $2000.00 though when our payment is only $502.00. So one department has not informed the collection department that we are not that far behind. The collections department won't contact the Customer Service department to get the figures straight, they tell us we have to do it and when we try they say their records have been adjusted. So around and around we go!
