Ripoff gives false hope and takes food and shoe money from the hands of babies

I've signed up with them to reduce interest rate on my credit cards back in November. I gave the auto deduction from my account - they paid the first time in January skipped Feb paid Mar and haven't paid since then but took out money in Apr, May and now June.

I send them numours faxes detailing put a stop payment in my account - only to find out that they used a differend ID and still got their money - for gods sake CLOSE your account completely, I already complained to my bank and cried theft. They are being very helpful and are trying to get it back, they wont have any luck and I pretty much figure I've lost that money too.

My credit cards are calling and want their money and I have to pay. It is really sick, here I am in trouble - my ex decided he didn't want to pay his child support for our four children anymore - I try to cut out all and any extra expenditures - and along comes a company like this and takes the food and shoes right out of the hands of my babies. What a company.

I have also contacted the BBB but so far no luck, I've also filed a FTC complaint form, of course no luck there yet either. I also called the Chamber of Commerce in Boca Raton and filed a complaint there too. I didn't go to the police yet or small claims court, I'll go there next they owe me a lot of money. And I need it back.
