False claims and very rude

I have been contacted by this company recently claiming that I owed $59.95 for credit repair services from Myperfectcredit or Clear credit. From what I have found on this site as well as the company's unsatisfactory standing with the BBB, I believe this company is out to collect money for false claims. I would advise anyone who is contacted by this company to contact the BBB immediately, do not give them your information. When they called, the first thing they asked for was my bank account information and refused to say what it was for.

I have been advised by someone from transunion to add a fraud alert to my credit report and to be very cautious about giving them any information. I have already filed a complaint with the BBB for myperfectcredit and intend to do the same for 1st credit of america, as well as with the FTC and the Illinois attorney general. I would recommend anyone who has been contacted by this company to do the same and maybe something can be done to stop them.
