Failure to refunf money taken on my card

I charged A - 30 day free trial offer item out of this organization and ended my consideration in a timely manner. I had been informed from the customer support division I'd get a reimbursement over the following 3 months on my charge card. It didn't appear, therefore icalled back and was informed the reimbursement was prepared which I shoould view it anyday. Which was 45 days before. I called again and all-they can give me is just a fax amount to deliver copies of my declaration showing used to do not get the reimbursement. Appears like a fraud in my experience and that I would not conduct business with any organization which makes it this difficult to get your cash back.
