Fraudulent modification loan companies

I contacted this company to help me with the remodification of my home loan, after the first company swindled $3,495 from me and did ablsolutely nothing. They were not even suppose to be in business in texas or california. And basically 123 fix my loan did the same thing they made a couple of phone calls to my lender and kept asking me for more documents as well as money and they did absolutely nothing for me, i was advised by my mortgage company not to pay them another dime and that they were basically ripping people off. I will be writing letters to the bbb, the attorney general, lawyers, courts, judges, congressmen and women, senators, the president of the united states and whom ever else will listen until these fly by night companies stop taking advantage of people in desperate need of having their home saved.
