Locking your card and not giving you your money back

I'd hurry card and in 2007 I did so overdraw my bill. And again in 2008. Today it's in august and also the to begin august i got from a atm 1,000 hurry card blocked my card and stated that by me getting 1,000 from my consideration that it had been a scam withdraw. I named them-and informed them-it was me that created that withdraw. They stated that in 2007 that I had been overdrawn as well as in 2008. It's been per month plus they inform me they have with an account detective to check out my bill. That's been per month now. Plus they tell me each time i call them that somebody will return my phone. But I acquired one-call and also the explained that they're still bullshitting.
