Under the FDCPA a consumer when disputing a debt is entitled to verification, this company files suits with no regard for the laws nor any verification information. If the matter is heard by a judge it will be dismissed as frivoulous, however, they force you to be heard by an arbitrator who has no regard for the law and it is one sided. Please do not agree to arbitration and go in front of a judge and ask them to verify the debt and who gave them the right to collect such. This information is never provided they probably do not have such and the suit will be dismissed. I had been forced to appear in front of arbitrator 4 x and basically had no choice as i was told i would have to come back again to go forward with arbitration. Do not do this.
