Non payment for services

The corporation required a Notary signing for Fidelity National Name in Carlsbad California. The signing was overdue during the night and situated 30 kilometers from my home. I approved the signing to help Dave at DJ Mortgage. Fidelity settled them-but they didn't spend me for my solutions. I've named numerous occasions to request cost, remaining message after concept, plus they nevertheless haven't delivered my calls or delivered me a check.

I'd not suggest performing any notary service for them.
