Unauthorized charge to credit card

I requested from Lillian Vernon by utilizing my charge card, per month before. I visit a month later that I'm today spending $14.95 for Lillian Vernon Benefits. Used to do not subscribe to the program and that I didn't approve this cost. I contact the phone number about the credit card record and it's really a saving that's unresponsive to why itis actually outlined combined with the cost towards the charge card, i.E. Benefits.
