This is rip off

Our criticism is I want my 46.61 back. I've been billed 35.00 for inadequate resources. Our knowledge was 1.95 delivered was it. This can be a complete misunderstanding. I'm on the fixed-income buying way to avoid it, I can not manage any additional resources, please return me my cash therefore the lender can give me my 35.00 bucks back.
