Unauthorized charges & no refund

After I recognized my test converted into a $86.93product, I named to stop it. I acquired it terminated however they had sent a different one and billed me another $86.93. I acquired a return authorization # and delivered them back both items. They've established they obtained my bundle, which I'd to deliver them in two distinct deals to obtain reimbursement for them both. Since I can not show that there have been 2 within the container, they're maintaining my cash! They'll not I would like to speak with anybody beyond the individual i access it the telephone and every time i contact all of their procedures have 10 times. 10 times to inform payment. 10 times for payment to complete anything. 10 days once they credit my consideration before my lender can get it. Within their directions, they didn't inform me they'd to be delivered back individually. They'll I would like to keep in touch with NO BODY but still no reimbursement to my banking account. Since I did so this test and SB Brite, my banking account became overdrawn before i captured it and that I had $275 value of inadequate resources! It has been more than thirty days plus they are still providing me the run-around.
