I've paid my car payment and also the

This sort of action has had place since june 30th on aug 20th somebody called me in the company and stated that my payment was 334.00 overdue informed her my story and have to talk to julius the boss returned to the line and stated that he wasn't there. And said that i'd to speak with a one in customer service named 8006347506 and rebecca responded the telephone informed her my account another 10min and continued to ask her to talk to a boss and she stated that i had been however overdue request the boss again was placed on hold for 13minutes no body not to the telephone. I named back and ms cruz solution needed to hive her my story along with the same info i simply provide rebecca another 10-15 moments request the supervisor for that 4 time and was placed on hold for another 8 moments. I've faxed allthe info twice, the financial institution has faxed it 1 time and that i have shipped a duplicate with my last paymentwith top and back copy of the check and your day it was removed from my account. Im unsure of who or what i will do to make it to the bottom of the please help me
