Change of terms no notice

I've a fixed mortgage that I got out nearly three years ago. I decided to take online claims (that we still haven't obtained so much as you). Our funds for 2.5 years were 162. And change. I've established into my ebillpay for 163.00 8 times prior to the cost arrives every month. July 31 I acquired a phone type their choices department. Showing me that I've gathered 1000 in late charges and have to negotiate instantly. Sometime in Jan they lifted my minute because of 175 and not explained concerning the boost. They agreed to consider the total amount entirely (having a 200 money savings in my experience!!!) They'd take the 3882 on the 14 of July. Well today its the 19 of July plus they haven't obtained the cash out. I've named the 800number daily since mon, plus they keep showing me they'll remove it quickly, What sport are they enjoying? They need the cash so poor why are they not getting it? Are they attempting to wait untill the following month to cost me more late charges my cost must have been due about the 15 of July. The corporation is just a fraud, is that this authorized the things they are performing?
