Concerning my bill, closing with 6256, a check was banked by you, for that amount of $36.62. It was shipped on 07/02/09, and involved a late charge cost of $. 15.00.

Within the phone I had been first informed tha stated check was obtain by you on 07/10/09, just one time wait, and, later that it had been obtained 07/12/09, and that I can't competition the charge within the telephone, and a needs to be delivered to Kelly Hanick in Kansas, that we did on 07/29.

I got no answer.
