This company has given me a run around on my finances they rufuse to answer any questions as to how much my grants and loans are and when asked about my spending i get told nothing

I have been in school for about four years now and all this time they have never answered me as to where any or all of the monies have been going to I was told that some of the loans that I had applied for and the grants would come to me in order to get things needed to contuine going to school for awhile they were now they have kept payments from me and will not explain why
