Collecting money for a scam

I obtained a certification requesting $2.75 plus they might honor $125,000.00 in my experience regular, along with a whole of just one, 500,000.00. They need one to deliver the cash as well as their verification certification to Running Dept. Usa Reporting Coalition P.O. Container 4500, Corona, CA 92878-4500.

However The certification originated from the Vegas handle shown above.

The Vegas BBB has them shown being an F score.

I'd prefer to quit this sort of scam and robbery from occurring.
