Everytime I purchase a mocha they usually simply abandon the mug underneath the device for like 2 minute after which mix. They dont even mix it right. Theres however candy all around the aspect of the mug and about the bottom. And then your chocolate snow gets put not just on whip-cream but down the medial side of the cup. So they wind up providing me a watered-down, unstirred, and sweaty mug that charged me $3.50
