I bought 3 items, each by having an promoted "after rebate" price. I posted the refund form, and was released a discount on potential acquisitions certification via email. Our Webster's Book identifies refund as "reimbursement after cost", not really a discount on future acquisitions. I required a check by email, and thus much have already been overlooked. I'll create to them again, possibly threatening to prosecute them.
