These are the rudest people I have ever spoken to.

I have been dealing with green point/green tree since 1998 things went good up until year 2000. Year 2000 things started to go down because Green Tree has sold or changed the name at least twice since year 05. Going into year of 2006 i had to pay over 5000 dollars, which put me in a hardship and later they found i didnt even owe after i had to do some searching for myself because of my suspisions, and made me pay interest on "sudden" things.

Within the last year of 09 Green Tree has been harassing me with all the treatning and foreceful calls. They have threatned me to the point where i tryed to calim my own life. They are constianly calling and threatnng my friends, family and neighbors and how they get their numbers I do not know. Its always the women that are the worse when they call. The men are pretty nice and understand but ALWAYS the women... Manily "Caroline and Kim" there is also a lady named Penny
When i try to get any information that i need they always give me the run around, tell me they dont have the information and they are always loosing my paper work. They refused to even have a ligit meeting with me to talk over my paperwork and payment arrangements.

Caroline called my daughter-in-law and threatned to call the police. She told My mother "she hopes the wheels are still on the house, because they are coming to take it"
They are always calling all over town trying to reach me and anyone who will listen to them they tell say to them "you need to tell her she needs to find somewhere else to live" or "she needs to sit her stuff out side because we are coming to get the house or "she has till 6pm to call me or we will start the forclosure immediately" all because of being 30 days late.

One of the ladys asked me when she heard a man in the back ground and ask "why cant he pay my house payment"! Which wasnt any of her business.
The people they are calling arent on my original contact... I have no idea how they got the numbers.

Many of us are being taken advantage of because we do not know all the rules and regulations...

I really hope we get enough complaints here that the better business buerue will do something about this.
