They are harassing me even at work after being told not to

This company has been harassing me since June. They tell me they are not a debt collector and that will prosicute me to the fullest extent of the law if I did not give them my credit card # for a debt from 2001. After giving them 441.01 they continued to harrass me by trying to get money out of my bank account. I was scared that they ligite so I sent them another $50.00 They they called me and told me I had to be crazy to send them $50.00 and that gave them authorization to go after me because they now had my Signature and again they would go after me to the fullest extent of the law. I am afraid that now they have my bank account information and are going to just withdraw money
