National Audit Defense Network ripoff not fullfilling ANY tax help promises USA

My wife and I purchased NADN's "tax strategy" approximatley 2 years ago. Our card says 2/26/01 but we purchased it in 2000. This was only the beginning of our troubles.

First they sent us the package for businesses and then after fighting with them they finally sent the one for individuals. No contact from them for months, not even until the fall of 2001.

Then they wanted to "help" us with our taxes stating that the ShopN2000 would answer all of our questions. We reluctantly signed up. I signed up on line for NADN to do our taxes and the tax deadline came and went. We ended up getting a local accountant to do it and regretted that also.

All of the sudden they were calling us again asking us how much we enjoyed the tax credit. I told them I didn't get any more back than usual and paid more for it. They told me to send in our returns so I did and they got me about $1000.00 more back but still did not take all of the deductions they should have.

They then kept calling and I keep telling them that when their customer service improves we will consider it again.

I sent them our 2002 tax returns after I Filed the extension. My wife waited approximately 2 weeks and called them and they told her they had filed the extension. I then followed up with another phone call and they found them but it would be a while before they could assign a tax adviser.

We have been waiting and keep getting the run around from them as to when they will assign a tax advisor. I am ready to begin the battle to get them back.

In the mean time they have called at least twice now wanting to sell me more of their crap! Oh yeah, to top it off I was told be the "tax advisor" that I did speak with that ADA Adventure (The company that was supposed to be advertising on my site to pay it off.) had defaulted on their agreement so njow I owe the prommissary note.

But wait, NADN tax advisor (Formerly of the IRS per the ads. Now I now why they are "Formerly".) said that I can double click on the banners ads to the side and it will take off $2.00 per click. So I start doing this with the advisor on the phone and he waits until afterwards to inform me that this now counts as income. Who'd a thunk it.

Now then lets come to today's conversation, June 4th. I get a call from Bob Damore / 702-889-8820 or 877-623-6463 ext 127 and I actually listened to his whole schpeal to see if I could get more "crap" to add to the heap and he gave it to me. It was just like taking candy from a baby. He said that their new sight "megamall" or whatever it is is a "double click" site and that is how you get rid of the promissory note that he concveniently tells you "don't worry about it". I then asked him does it count as income and he told me "no". I reiterrated what the tax advisor told me and he again told me "no".

Bob told me he would file a complaint form and that "someone" would be calling me in the next 24 hours. (Probably while I am at work) He also told me he would remove me from their calling list.

I then called Oryan Management otherwise doing busines asAdvantage Management (To protect the innocent I am sure)

I spoke to "Trey" at 909-981-9675 (What, no 800#?) and he explained that yes ADA Adventure did indeed default on their agreement and conveniently he could not find any of the email that they had been sending us. He told me that they kept getting it back. (We've only had this email address for more than 2 years) He told me not only would each "click" count as income but after $500.00 they would be sending us a 1099 so we could get screwed yet again by paying more taxes. That has brought me here. I have a few more names and numbers, but will have to dig them up. Any questions or comments please feel free to email me. I am more than willing to try and go after these people but can't do it alone and am not sure where to start. I will also place this same comment for Oryan Management.
