Unauthorized charge to Discover card

The corporation has billed 19.95 to my Discover Card that we didn't approve. It's difficult to achieve them by telephone. I've delivered two Emails to mkorb@intelius.com but my e-mails were simply overlooked. This can be a scam and that I don't have any purpose of spending money on anything used to do not purchase. I've approached Discover Card plus they are examining.
