Mother bought a-1 year membership to Inform US in July. She required the protection when she were to drop or require support, she could easily get it by pressing a switch.

In Oct. 2007 Mother was put in a nursing home.

In Nov. We started looking for out just how to shut this consideration and obtain a reimbursement for that weeks that were settled ahead of time. Attentive US finaly sent a notice of cancelation in March and shut account in May. They WOn't return the cash for that interval between Nov. - May. They included a $26.50 charge for no one month prior notice to cancelation. Additionally they required $100 to get a lost smoke sensor they stated they delivered which was never obtained. Of the $141.00 we likely to return they delivered $14.50.

On five occations I've requested to get a boss, every time simply to be informed one may call-back. None of the five calls were delivered.
