Fraud, dishonest, lie and any word close to those, are the only words that should be used when talking about litton loan servicing!

On 6/2/09 we received notice that our house was in foreclosure to be sold on 8/25/09. We had already been trying to get a modification on our loan. On 6/29/09 we got papers saying we needed to send these different documents, we did, some of them we have sent twice because they said they did not get them. On7/24/09 we were told we would have papers in the mail by the end of next week, surprise, surprise, nothing. Now they say there is 2 more papers we did not send and yes we did. They have sent people to secure our house and clean up our property twice now, each time we have told them to leave and they have so far. The first time was June 20th that was 18 days after we received the foreclosure notice. I could go on all day. PLEASE don't use this company if you want to keep your sanity, if you are already with this company, I feel for you.

If ANYONE has phone numbers I should call and complain to or email addresses please give them to me. These people have to be stopped!!!
