Is a rip off

This company is very rude they screwed me out of lots of money im sure of it i was late on one payment and it ended up i was paying then 50.00 a month and sometimes more and they still said i was late and owed more money. I tryed to reason with them but no way i was going to do that they just wanted to argue and fight with me so unperfessional. I couldnt believe they were talking to me like this. So the lady said u need to pay your bill i said i have been and she argued with me until she finally closed my account i was treated so unfair and riped off by this company and now my account is closed and i havnt payed them so i guess my credit is bad because of these idiots.
