Scam

I also fell into the trap of ordering and not cancelling quick enough, to find money taken out my account. Tried contacting the company by email & UK telephone number with no luck. Have cancelled my bank account today in case it was a scam and dont want to take the chance of any other money coming out my account. Finally tried their international phone number 02031399027 and after waiting approx 10 mins did get through to their Scottish call centre. The girl was very polite & professional and has now cancelled my accounts. She did explain that the monies did come out my account as payment for the 'free trial' as I had not cancelled within the 15 days! I'll learn from this!
