MDF/Loan Modification
Illegal business practices

We employed MDF Financial Companies in January and settled them $3501.00 to work well with our bank IndyMac Mortgage Providers to obtain a loan mod on our mortgage. My partner was laid off and had decreased work-hours and we couldn't manage to help make the current mortgage fee. MDF wasn't ready to secure financing change and equally efforts were refused from the lender IndyMac Bank. They're today foreclosing on our home and we've to become out by 10/23/09. We've required a reimbursement from MDF Financial Companies per their warranty that they can secure financing change and also to day they've not decided to provide us a return without the $495 charge that's non refundable.
