I can not choose that was more frustrating, AT&Tis mess, or Franklin Selections' smart little worm who appears to believe answering telephones makes him LORD

I created the error of joining AT&T for house telephone support this past year. I ultimately chose to drop them. I SETTLED THE STATEMENT and terminated the support. Yesterday, I obtained a rude and aggressive notice from Franklin Selections in Tupelo, Mississippi declaring that I owe $40.10 to AT&T, of course if I-donot spend up, I am likely to be garnished, prosecuted, anything lacking tarred and feathered! Since I have AM within the routine of spending my expenses promptly, I had been ignorant that the challenge should be "written down." The notice mentioned to get hold of them when there is a and offered a telephone number, it didn't identify "written down."

I approached Franklin, and also the hateful snot that required the phone call turned really sudden with me, as if I AM the moron for calling to challenge! After requesting me why Iam disputing, he explained I'd need to cope with AT&T since so far as he is worried Iam simply attempting to avoid spending the statement! He also was really condescending when informing me I really could not challenge within the telephone, that it should be written down - as though I had been designed to understand this-as though being switched to selections is just a normal factor for me personally

Then, I approached AT&T, who declare they've simply no report of my cost actually being created! I've to deliver them copies of my bank record demonstrating that I created the cost, otherwise I've to pay for them AGAIN

And one more thing about AT&T, these really are a couple of people! I also had created the mistake of having a mobile phone together& BIG ERROR! Twice I've obtained expenses more than $300, saturated in calls I never created! I'd to fight toothandnail and jeopardize legitimate motion to obtain the costs eliminated! Actually, I am not just one of those dimwits using the lasting Wireless enhancement. I actually donot actually speak enough to warrant buying this type of foolish bit of crap. I've a great total of 7 people (4 will also be on AT&T, therefore free there!) I actually talk to (not really everyday), and so I understand perfectly who I've voiced to and just how frequently. I've been rising along the times until July once the agreement ends and so I may divorce AT&T! I'll obtain a inexpensive, prepaid (NOT AT&T) cell from today on. Death to at&t!!
