Refusal to refund unathorized charge

I requested a "risk-free" test item from Charm Bright that allegedly just created you purchase s/h ($1.95). Well obviously, an unathorized cost turned up on my bank record 10 nights later so when I named them to request a reimbursement they declined. I have not gotten anymore item within the email, therefore I'd like to understand the things theyare getting me for. I'm likely to record them towards the BBB.
