Selling timeshare ripoff

I paid vacation register inc. $399.00 dollars to sell my timeshare, this was on february, 11 of 2008. They said they had 6 months to sell or i'll get my money back. They never did anything, i called them, they don't answer, i left my name & call back number, they never called back. All i want is my refund.
