SCREWED BY Being charge transactions and overdraft fees that are not mine!

I filed a claim over some charges that did not belong to me. I have now been denied twice. It was suggested to me that I sent a letter to the claims dept. I did on Tuesday July 30 @ 11:23am and somehow the claims dept STILL does not have my fax. How in the world is that even possible?

In the meantime, they have debited my account with the original amount that is $89.17 and stuck me with $420.00 on overdraft fees.

All of this over charges that are not mine...
I don't know what else to do...
