Fraudulent charges

I wanted to get my children an Elmo DVD that we had been borrowing from the library for going on a month. I found it the cheapest on Amazon.com. I was redirected to Hot Movie Sales' website and went through all the steps of ordering. I did not get a confirmation email or any notification that my sale had even gone through. I called the company 3 days later and talked to a very RUDE representative, who told me that my sale had indeed gone through, and was in the process of being shipped. He did not say anything about me being enrolled into any type of membership or having any "special" privileges. If I had known, I could have cancelled that day and not been charged the $19.95. I received the DVD almost 3 weeks later, with no billing statement or anything of the sort. I called the company as soon as I found the charge on my debit card and again, they were very RUDE and did not explain anything to me about this so-called "membership". I basically just paid almost $30.00 for a 30 minute Sesame Street Video! Ridiculous!!!
