Violation of 15 usca 1692 et seq

Wachovia offered its charge card organization first to mbna subsequently mbna offered to fia card providers. My late husband used the card. Because his death, the calls are bothering, at-all hours anyday of the week, athome, at the office, etc. They use fake caller-id identifiers and have broken 15 usca 1692 in several ways including these misidentifiers, incorrect hours calls, declining to recognition demand (written down) for no calls. Our next thing is to file complaints using the ftc.

I never authorized the changes or charges they're trying to gather through harassment and violence.
