Appraisal hassle

After paying $425 for the company to have an appraisal done, and finding a better rate and lower closing costs through another company, they are holding the appraisal, (that i paid for in advance, nonetheless) hostage to try and keep my business I assume, Like that does anything but make it worse. The persons name is chris nelson (female) who's in charge of the appraisal department.

To make a long story short I'm forced to spend an extra $425 to get another appraisal don't my the new company.
