I have had Navy National for that previous 2 yrs as well as their inaddiquate program never does not impress me. I'm careful about my account and my spending and when again for that millionth time they've re-assessed and transferred cash around in my own balances to protect some charge or poor deal that does not appear on my bill! So when you contact them-they cannot let you know much besides you consideration was re-accessed to protect a superb stability or anything along these collections.
