Took my money now won't refund it after they gave me a cancellation confirmation

Applied for a loan, next day I checked my account and found an unauthorized check drawn again my account. I called the phone number on the check and the rep I spoke to stated when I applied for the loan I was agreeing to the services but when i go back to the page it gives you the option to accept the service. I would have never chosen the service. I canceled the service immediately and was given a confirmation number and told to go to idtheftrefund.com and fill out the refund request. I did so over a week ago and have yet to hear from them. I even filled it out twice.
