NTTA charged me $11 to be used of the 121 toll-road that we am pleased to spend.
However, 20 times after I received the statement they sent breach for insufficient cost for $211.
Conversations using the NTTA led to a stalemate. They declare the declaration was delivered on June 1st.
The postmark about the cover is July 22nd, declaration date July 1st.
They WOn't speak. Where do I proceed from below?
