Over Charge

NTTA Tx is absurd using its penalities. I obtained a cost notice #33.63 due July (I acknowledge) was late, next notice I obtained was for $833.63. Never received every other updates to be overdue, just unique notice subsequently breach bill. Unique notice does state a $2.50 overdue charge is likely to be assesssed or even obtained by deadline. Per their notice (about the back) this is how it will proceed. 30day bill—price of tolls only. 15 days late-notice—price of tolls plus addtl $2.50 late charge. Thirty days breach&price of tolls, plus $8.25 administrator fee-per cost. 180 times selections—price of tolls, plus $25.00 administrator fee-per cost. DPS quotation—price of tolls plus $25.00 administrator fee-per cost. 200 times JP judge—cost of tolls, $25.00 administrator fee-per toll, fines & court expense. Well, I obtained a notice from a lawyer office declaring I owe $2,077.46 by April 8th. Today, I'm no mathmatcian but I actually do realize that from August-March its only 60 days, why am I being evaluated $25. Oo administrator charge and contains not been 180 days? Acquired this notice today 10/18. Provides you with an update after talking with NTTA & lawyers.
