I recently shifted, and although the USPS was supplied forwarding info, they've not been sending all my email, including a current payment record from Chevron. After discovering the issue by watching my harmony online, I instantly created a complete balance cost.

Today, I spoke to Ken in customer support who suggested that there have been $60 of fund costs put into my bill. I requested to possess them eliminated when I have now been a person for more than 12 years - and never created a late-payment, AND, the problem wasn't mine when I never received the declaration.

Chevron wouldn't take away the fund cost, and so I began the procedure of shutting the consideration.
