Fraud deceptive trade practice breech of contract

In Dec I responded to a radio ad based in San Antonio offering a free tax booklet. Shipping was about 8 dollars.

I was soon contacted by Ivan Pranic with a heated sales pitch for about an hour. Ivan Pranic promised me I would pay little or no taxes if I purchased all the products he listed.

I was sceptical but desperate for help so I opted for a trial with the promise of three 30 day periods to get a full refund after I reviewed the material.

It took 60 to 90 days to get the paperwork.By the time I recieved the papers I had learned that the tactics employed (promises made) by nadn were contrary to I.R.S. Code and therefore illegal.

The irony is that the people who first advised me to get a refund are nadn's own Mary Orie (head of tax dept.) and BILL PEARCY a highly respected tax lawyer in nadn.

They both were good to me and I will defend there name in court should it come to that. Fear gripped me because the amount of money at stake was tens of thousands and was my tax money owed to the I.R.S. FOR THE YEAR.

My future was becoming uncertain at best. I began the long frustrating fight to break through the first line of the nadn defense (THE PHONE BANK) and try to find someone who cares. Here are a few numbers they dont normaly give out. 702 889 8820 I got this one from the BBB. When I called they asked how I got this number.

Another one is 1 877 292 9477 ext. 2170 ask to talk to Adam Mangabang as he is one who has set himself up as a demigod over honest peoples money. Dont expect anything other than arogance and lies but I believe he must be pushed to the frustration levels we are experencing.

I have spoken personaly to Kathleen E. Delaney Deputy attorney general (702 468 3788) and she assures me that they are pushing forward with the class action lawsuit started FEB 4 and expects good results for the 140 or more consumers involved.

I think everybody who is owed money by nadn should get their name on the list by contacting the attorney generals office. Just mention nadn and they will know what to do. I also got a response from Adam Mangabang when he got the letter from my attorney.

He called me to negotiate today but I am far from finished with them. I believe that a date should be set and everybody harmed by nadn should meet in Las Vegas to have a concerted discussion with them. And I will be glad to share more horrific details of this ordeal if it will help the cause
