I to was ripped off by NADN to the tune of almost $6,000. Now that hurts!!!
It was my accountant (in Calif) that alerted me to the Mall For All scam he even showed me the alert from the IRS regarding these tax shelters very bad news!
Well, I have just gotten off the phone with Kathleen Delaney with the State of Nevada Attorney Generals Office (702-486-3788). She is compiling the case that the state of Nevada is preparing against NADN and she related that she definately would like to hear from ANYONE who has been ripped off by them.
An information packet will be sent out to you that you must complete and send back. This will not only show noncomplience with their own money back guarantee ect. But you will also be placed on the list for reimbursement when this case is finally resolved.
