ADVOCATE took my money and did nothing for 5 months-they won't return my money as they promised

After 5 months advocate fair lending had done nothing with my case. I was losing my home & they promised to help me. I spoke with ivan semintal early june, he confirmed that nothing had been done, & no action was going to be taken in my case so i asked for my $3000 back. He asked for copies of cleared checks to refund my money in 72 hrs. My family & i have made several attempts to contact someone & they're always out, in a meeting not available. We faxed, called, showed up at the office -they told my husband to leave or they would call the police & even email the headquarter in long beach to find out all the contact emails are not valid - i just went in the internet & i saw more complaints in the ripoff site. Two weeks ago when my husband was there, he was told the check would arrive the next week. Another lie.

Want advocate to return my $3000. I want someone to investigate this company. They promised and claimed that they are part of mark a. Shoemaker - but not one can contact the office - my daughter also found one of the docs that they claim not to be lawyers. So what are they? Make them stop taking advantage of other desperate people.
