Advance fee for fictitious loan approval for non-existent company Dusseldorf Germany

This company, Exkrupp Finance contacted me and proceeded to "process" and approve a business loan over the internet with very little documentation supplied to them. Upon approval they asked for a 2% up front fee in advance of the closing in order to prepare documents, etc.

They were very vague in their communication and ALWAYS used their own private phones instead of company phones. They gave a business address and company profile boasting 100 employees with names that do not exist. None of the principals, Michel Kocks, Andrew Wilkens, Carsten Dodenhoff exist ANYWHERE on the net in searches. The telephone numbers given are private. Their story just does NOT check out.

When asked to verify company information Michel Kocks (front man) became irate and very angry—not common in legit businesses.
His comments were either "send the $36,000 or forget it... I do not like your insisting for verification".

Bottom line, bogus addresses, no website, no business license for Exkrupp Finance.
This is a SCAM if I ever saw one.
