This company thinks they can do things that others cant they report to Experian and do it any way they want. They have violated most parts of the FDCPA they report on your spouses credit report for things they are not responsible for..
They manipulate their customers and are absolutely rude and a typical slimeball collection agency.
If you are a customer of theirs please reconsider they do not do things above board and are Underhanded.
These guy used to be called Earnst and Artmann gee i wonder why they changed their name to the E & A Group one can only speculate.
