Didn't follow their own terms of service

They stated free lifetime account when joining atleast two additional sites on the listing. I did so-and submitted verification emails towards the current email address this site needed, nonetheless they did not respond and charged me and not offered me a totally free lifetime membership. I reported plus they didnot hear, stating that I didnot follow the conditions of support, needing me to verify sign up t/2 websites, however I did plus they dismissed my declaration that I did. They explained to contact their customer support, and after calling several times also it saying I cannot keep a note or speak with anybody (yes the voicemail stated that), I sent and stated they ought to credit me or I Will perform a chargeback t/my charge card. I would recommend rather than attempting to cope with them, to merely proceed straight to your charge card organization and start a charge-back *after* one or more try via mail to obtain it solved.
