Interest rate

Unfortunately I was charged twice by my gym membership which caused me to go over my credit limit. I immediately let Chase know as I was charged an Overlimit fee and they were extremely rude and basically told me it was my problem. I called my gym, spoke with the manager who was extremely apologetic and immediately issued a credit for the duplicate charge as well as the Overlimit fee. All was good until my 9.99% interest rate increased to 29.24%. I once again called Chase, they simply didn't care and 2 managers hung up on me. (I am a Customer Service Representative as well and I was not rude therefore didn't deserve to be hung up on). I sent email after email requesting them to reinstate my rate and they continuously denied me. FINALLY, one last email... They reinstated it!!! I replied thanking them and went on my way until yesterday when my statement became available online. I opened it to find that they revoked the rate and put it right back to 29.24%. My min payment is now $100.00. I have the email proof that they reinstated it and now they are refusing to honor it.
