A big bunch of bully's

You don't even have to owe this company money to get harassed by them. A man by the name of Jim Sullivan 1-800-208-5076 ext. 2744... Feel free to give him a call, had been calling my home leaving very stern messages to call back on a "personal business matter". The name of the person he was calling had the same last name, but no one by the first name lives at my home. I tried to call back a couple of times to let him know that they had the wrong number on file but their hours are limited to daytime hours and not available after work or weekends. I figured that they would tire of no one calling, recheck their contact number and move on.By the end of the week, I would have 6-10 messages on my phone. The messages deteriorated to the point of harassing. I finally called early enough to get a hold of Jim. He sounded just like the ass he portrayed on his messages. I explained that no one lived here by the name he was asking for and he stated he would reverse the phone to double-check. I asked him what that meant and he rudely told me that he would call back to verify that the person didn't live here then, he hung up on me. I called back to speak to his supervisor and I was lucky enough to get his mentor. Joe Reardon had the same customer service skills as Jim Sullivan. I worry that these people are procreating out there! I laugh at their "reverse call" process to verify that I'm not just telling them that the person doesn't live here. Here's the scenerio... I'm going to call and lie to a company that there's no one by the name living at my home. Then, their going to call a few minutes later and I'm going to forget? Really? Please people who have loans out, do your homework and go through a reputable company. I've read some of the complaints... Do not give any of your account information to these people. There are better ways to handle paying your debts in a honest and ethical way.
