Harassing Phone Calls Ripoff

I have been getting pre-recorded messages from them daily for months now. I call back and get put on hold for hours on end.

I finally spoke to someone on Tuesday 10/5 and they are looking for another person with the same name. They are calling on a credit card account that I do not have and have never had and the last 4 of the social of the person they are looking for are not mine!

I was told I would be taken off "the list" but now I'm getting the messages again! Today 10/7 I got a call and when I called back I was put on hold for 2 hours, I finally just hung up.

This is harassment!
